As I woke up this morning I stuck to my Sunfood goal of reading and comprehending a chapter along with my roommates....
This morning @ breakfast we read together about the foundational law that is 'things produce after their own kind...as ye sow, so shall ye reap'
Good things are produced from good and reinforced behaivors....yA duh!
now is where I must set up my self discipline...
The question asked @ the end of the chapter is
What is the TRUE cause of my foremost health challenge?
Instinctively my first response was SUGARS!! and then I realize that is really just my conditioned diet response...I freaking say that all the time, but I have really done a pretty good job with replacing all the 'bad' sugars in my diet with good ones (mmm dates!)
So what is it really ? I thought maybe coffee and caffiene...because that seems to be an thing I have a really hard time ridding myself of...mostly because I like it and I don't really have the desire to replace it or eliminate it in my life... So call it addiction call it whatever you will, I have named coffee as a possible challenge
But I think even more so than the dreaded caffiene would really just be my inconsistency in diet....I'm excited to learn more about how to balance my mostly raw lifestyle against some of the less than stellar food choices I have a tendency to cave for (fast foods...frozen foods etc)
I find that for every like 10 raw meals I have like 2 things in my week that are gross haha (but so good)
So to find a better balance will be my true answer for what my TRUE foremost health challenge..

I had a lot of fun thrifting with my roomates and I am happy to report that my wall that seems to have taken FOREVER!!! is almost done!!!!!
YAY...pictures are sure to follow soon!!
and yay steelers...I didnt have a team to root for really or a tv to watch the superbowl, but am happy for Pittsburgh nonetheless!!
